- يمكن استرداد الرصيد غير المستخدم من عملية شحن تمت خلال آخر 14 يومًا عند الطلب، بعد خصم الاستخدام الذي سبق احتسابه.
- المبالغ الإضافية والترويجية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- ألغِ الاشتراك في أي وقت؛ ويظل نشطًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- الطلبات المكتملة نهائية؛ ولا تُحتسب الطلبات الفاشلة أبدًا.
Prepaid balance
Top-ups are added to your USD balance immediately. Unused balance from a top-up made in the last 14 days can be refunded on request, minus any usage already charged. Bonus amounts and promo credits are not refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Included usage already added to your balance stays there.
Usage
Charges for completed requests are final because the upstream provider charges us for them. Failed requests (errors) are not charged.
How to request
Email ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com with your account email and the payment date. Card refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; USDC refunds are sent to the wallet that paid.
