- Eres responsable de tu cuenta y de cada solicitud realizada con tus claves de API; mantén tus claves en secreto.
- El uso se cobra en USD de tu saldo prepago al precio mostrado en el momento de la solicitud.
- Las suscripciones se renuevan hasta que se cancelan y añaden uso incluido en cada periodo pagado; los pagos se procesan a través de Stripe.
- La salida de la IA puede ser incorrecta, tú decides cómo usarla. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses.
The service
api14 (https://api14.com) provides an OpenAI-compatible API, a web playground and a dashboard that give access to third-party AI models through a model-routing infrastructure provider. The service is operated by Bilgisam Ltd.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account and every request made with your API keys. Keep keys secret; revoke a key immediately if it may have leaked. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country.
Prices and payment
Usage is charged in US dollars from your prepaid balance at the per-model prices shown on the model pages at the time of the request. Model prices follow the upstream provider and may change; the price that applies is the one shown when the request is made.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled and add the plan’s included usage to your balance on every paid period. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Top-ups can also be paid in USDC through the x402 protocol; a top-up is credited only after the blockchain transaction has settled.
Model outputs
AI outputs can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for complying with the terms of the underlying model providers. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. Upstream providers may change, rate-limit or remove models at any time; we may disable models or features to protect the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use policy, abuse the service or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
