- We bewaren account, factuurstatus en gebruiksstatistieken per verzoek, nooit kaartnummers.
- We bewaren je prompts en antwoorden niet; ze worden rechtstreeks doorgegeven aan de modelaanbieder.
- Forumberichten zijn openbaar en tonen je voornaam; je e-mailadres wordt nooit getoond.
- Je kunt je gegevens op elk moment exporteren of je account verwijderen via Instellingen.

What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash or sign-in provider), billing data processed by Stripe (we store payment status and invoice links, never card numbers), for USDC top-ups the paying wallet address and transaction (public on the blockchain) and usage metrics for every API request: time, model, endpoint, token counts, cost, latency and status.
We do not store prompts or responses. Request and response bodies pass through our servers to our model-routing provider and back and are not logged.
Public forum posts
Questions and answers you post in a model forum are public and may be indexed by search engines. They show your first name and the date; your email is never shown. We may hide posts that break the rules. Your posts are included in your data export and deleted with your account.
Third parties
Requests are forwarded to our model-routing infrastructure provider (an API aggregator for AI models) and the model provider you select; their privacy policies apply to the content you send. Card payments are handled by Stripe. USDC payments are verified and settled by an x402 payment facilitator, which receives the signed payment authorization. Emails are sent through our mail provider.
Retention
Usage metrics are kept for up to 400 days, payment records as required by law. Deleting your account removes your account data, keys and usage history.
Your rights
You can export your data (Settings → Export my data), correct it or delete your account at any time. For other requests contact us at the address above.
